No. 88 American Flyer 1959 Anniversary Franklin Set Picture(s) and Description:
This lot is for an S Scale American Flyer FY88&P Franklin 4 4 0 Engine and Tender, a No. 40 Combine Car, a No. 30 Overland Express baggage car, and a No. 20 Coach car. The engine and tender are 14" combined. The cars are all 11" long. The bodies are plastic with simulated wood sides. The wheels are metal. All cars are in excellent condition with all plastic windows in tact, and the knuckle couplers work. The engine and tender are mostly metal with plastic bodies. The engine runs great, both forward and reverse with pull mor tires on the rear driver pair, and it smokes. The FY&P stands for fifty years of progress. This is American Flyer's Fiftieth Anniversary train set for 1959. Please email any questions you might have.
